Statement of Accountability

Staff of Academic Futures guarantee a commitment to trust, value and peace of mind during your studies. You can expect the staff at Academic Futures to listen to you, understand your goals, establish a strong relationship and seek your feedback for improvement.

Academic Futures staff do not tolerate offensive or abusive behaviour. We will always treat you with respect and will expect the same in return.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Our program packages are a full 12 week Course of support and not a single one day appointment.

2. All Courses must be paid for in full before commencing support and will not be refundable.

3. The staff at Academic Futures will work confidentially together with the student to agree the specific support needed and such support can be adjusted as the student progresses.

4. All sessions will be confidential between the student and Academic Futures staff. However, we reserve the right to share your details if we believe you or others are at risk.

5. All support will be conducted online via Teams and in agreement with your tutor will occur once a week on a regular basis within the program weeks specified. However, in exceptional circumstances such support may be adjusted if required.

6. If you are not able to attend a session we require 24 hours notification. These sessions are non-refundable although in exceptional circumstances such support can be rearranged acccordingly.

7. If your academic tutor cannot attend the appointment an appropriate substitute will be put in touch with the student to cover the session.

8. Academic Future staff all have subject specific knowledge. However, this will never supercede the course program the student is currently studying nor the rules and information given by the establishment.

9. All student’s work can be reviewed for critical feedback. This service has an additional cost depending on size and content of the work and should be discussed with the individual tutor if required.
